Rocanville, Saskatchewan’s Jess Moskaluke has received a nomination for her single, “Take me Home”.
She was also nominated for Female Artist of the Year.
The announcements were made early Wednesday morning by the CCMA.
Moskaluke’s music continues soar as she has achieved not one, but two consecutive Top 10 Hits with her respective singles, “Kiss Me Quiet” and “Take Me Home”.
In 2016, Moskaluke released her third single “Elevator”, and as of December 31, 2016, was named the top-played Canadian artist at Canadian Country Radio and the top-played Canadian female artist for the second year in a row.
Moskaluke has received JUNO nominations and toured with such country greats as Chad Brownlee, Paul Brandt and Dean Brody.
Saskatoon was selected to host the PotashCorp Country Music Week September 7 – 10, 2017.
The four-day annual event – part music festival and part industry conference – will culminate with the Canadian Country Music Association Awards broadcast on Sunday, September 10.
