Two Saskatoon teens will have to write letters apologizing for their actions, after a portable washroom was tipped over at Canada Day festivities with a woman inside.
The woman was trapped in the washroom in Diefenbaker Park after it was tipped over on its door.
However, a couple of people rushed to help free the woman. She required some medical care after the incident.
