The man accused of using a bulldozer to smash into a home in the R.M. of Calder last week, was back in court Wednesday.
The man driving the bulldozer sustained minor injuries in the July 25th incident, however the two people inside the house at the time, came away unscathed.
59-year-old Ronald Fatteicher of the Calder area, appeared on numerous charges, including two counts of Attempted Murder.
He has been ordered to return to Yorkton Provincial Court on September 5th, after undergoing a 30-day psychiatric assessment in North Battleford, to determine his fitness to stand trial.
