With Brad Wall announcing he will step down as Saskatchewan’s 14th Premier once the Saskatchewan Party chooses a successor, the question is how will that be done and when.
Patrick Bundrock is the party’s executive director and says the party council will meet within the next 30 days to discuss a number of items regarding a leadership convention including a date and place, campaign expense limits, the appointment of a chief electoral officer and nomination filing fees.
“They include the convention date,”Bundrock said. “Location, nomination filing fees, voting system, membership sales, deadlines and campaign expense limits.”
Bundrock says the party’s Provincial Council will meet in the next 30 days to work out all the details.
