The 2018 Tim Horton’s Brier will have another familiar face joining the sponsorship team. Mosaic has announced they are joining the event as a presenting sponsor.
Rob Dewhirst, the Brier’s event manager says having a company as well-known as Mosaic can make the popularity of the Brier grow even more than it has in recent years.
“It emphasizes that they think our event is significant,” Dewhirst said. “And that always helps. It also helps us in a lot of ways to make it a great Brier and ensure we’re putting our best foot forward to host it in Regina this year.”
Dewhirst says Mosaic has been a previous partner and a sponsor they always look forward to bringing on board.
“We’ve had previous good experiences with Mosaic,” Dewhirst said. “Everybody in the province knows how much they contribute and participate in our province. So it’s great to have them on board.”
Dewhirst says fans can expect to be able to get their hands on tickets in the near future.
“Things are going really well,” Dewhirst said. “We’re still looking for volunteers. And in about a week’s time, we’ll have some very good mini packages of tickets for sale.”
The 2018 Brier will be March 2 to 11.
