The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region says over 50 procedures at the Pasqua Hospital have been moved to the Regina General Hospital or postponed after a water pipe burst Wednesday night.
The pipe is located in the gastro intestinal unit wing of the building.
RQHR says their teams fast response minimized the damage as much as possible.
The region began notifying patients and physicians Wednesday night of the need to move or postpone procedures.
The G.I unit is expected to be running again on Friday with the exception of one room where more extensive water damage is said to have occurred.
