Regina Police say a 20-year-old man is facing charges after three men experienced non-fatal drug overdoses while appearing in provincial court on August 22nd.
Police believe the man exchanged the drug with the three men hand-to-hand while they were all in prisoners boxes at the provincial court house.
Shortly after that all three men were displaying symptoms of an apparent drug overdose.
The men were treated by EMS at the scene, before being taken to hospital where they recovered.
The suspect was arrested on Tuesday and appeared in court the next day.
