Saskatchewan’s unemployment rate has decreased yet again, with a 6.2% mark in September.
Unemployment is down .2% from the previous month, and in September of 2016, the unemployment was 6.9%.
Steven Bonk, Economy Minister for Saskatchewan, says the province is leading the country when it comes to job growth, in wholesale trade and manufacturing sales, and also has the second-highest retail sales growth rate in the country.
1,600 full time jobs were created in Saskatchewan year-over-year.
The national unemployment rate was also 6.2% in September,
