The Ottawa REDBLACKS have lost a lot of games in the final seconds this year, but on Friday night they won one.
Ryan Lindley plunged in from the one yard line with two seconds to play to cap off an 11 play, 87 yard drive to give the REDBLACKS a 33-32 victory.
The downfall for the Riders on this night was an inability to get the ball into the endzone as even though Kevin Glenn threw for almost 400 yards and two touchdowns, but the team had several chances to score touchdowns but instead had to settle for 6 Tyler Crapigna field goals.
The Ottawa win also spoiled a great night for Riders receiver Duron Carter who had a CFL high 231 yards on 11 catches.
Saskatchewan is now 8-7 on the season and will be in Calgary next Friday night.
