Steven Bonk, Minister of Economy made a presentation at a Regina Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Thursday.
Bonk touched on topics such as Marijuana legalization, the Energy East pipeline, and the federal government’s tax changes.
He said the provincial government has a strong stance against the federal government’s tax changes.
“The provincial government is opposed to any changes to the federal tax scheme without more consultation and without more time to consider all our options,” Bonk said on Thursday.
At the Luncheon, Bonk, underscored the strength of Saskatchewan’s economy.
The luncheon was part of the Regina Chamber of Commerce All Nations Job Expo, also at the Conexus Arts Centre.
