The President and Chief Executive Officer of SGI is encouraging Saskatchewan motorists to avoid impaired driving this holiday season.
Andrew Cartmell read a revised version of The Night Before Christmas, which told a story about a couple who operated a vehicle while impaired.
Cartmell says telling the interesting story is a different approach to communicate a theme SGI has established for December.
“Our spotlight for December is impaired driving,” he says. “I think we’re trying to be creative and get the message out in a different way.”
The crown corporation is also promoting Operation Red Nose, which provides free safe rides home to those impaired during the holiday season.
