Temperatures hovering near 0C, melting on the streets, sunshine and a mild wind.
That will all end – abruptly – Tuesday night as a low pressure system starts to make its way through Saskatchewan.
According to Environment Canada, some showers are expected Tuesday afternoon, then flurries, then a cold northwest wind, then the deep freeze.
Watch out for a bitter-cold windchill overnight and into Wednesday.
The forecast for the next several days will be near -20C. (without the windchill)
