The body found by Regina Police on Tuesday night in North Central has been identified, with police confirming the man died as a result of foul play meaning he is the first homicide victim in Regina of 2018.
The body of 27-year-old Richard Francis Paul Bear was found Tuesday night just before 8:30 p.m. near a home on the 1000 block of Retallack Street.
Police had received a call of an injured man lying outside a home. When EMS arrived, he was declared dead.
At this time no one has been charged, and the investigation is on-going.
It’s not known how Bear died.
