The newest Roughrider, defensive end Charleston Hughes, met with reporters at Mosaic Stadium on Wednesday, just days after being acquired via trade.
The perennial All Star led the CFL in sacks in each of the past two years with Calgary and said the best is yet to come.
“You know what I’m happy and it’s not over yet,” Hughes said with a chuckle.
“I still got a lot of years left to play, and I got a lot of improving left to do,” Hughes added.
The newest Rider also stopped by the 620 CKRM studios for a chat on the Sports Cage Wednesday afternoon.
CFL free agency opens on Tuesday.
