He says SARM is creating a rural indigenous task force to create better relationships with first nation groups.
He says SARM wants to reach out to the FSIN to discuss areas of co-operation in economic development and road construction.
He adds rural municipalities are also reaching out to the Office of the Treaty Commissioner.
Orb says Saskatchewan people are better united than divided and it takes community to build a healthy, strong rural Saskatchewan.
