A Regina man is facing robbery charges following two Saturday night robberies.
Jamie Morris is suspected of robbing a business on the 300 block of McDonald Street, uttering threats and demanding money. Upon leaving the business without any cash or product, he fled in a car and attempted to rob a service station. The vehicle was later found abandoned on the Ring Road ramp heading north.
Morris is facing eight charges, two counts of robbery and armed robbery each, mischief under $5,000, driving while impaired, driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 and uttering threats.
He appeared before a provincial court on Monday morning for the charges.
