Scott Moe is picking up where Brad Wall left off when it comes to who Canada’s most popular premier is.
Numbers released by the Angus Reid Institute on Wednesday show Moe and B.C’s John Horgan are tied at 52 percent when it comes to an approval rating.
Moe, who became Premier in January, has steadfastly refused to sign on to a carbon tax which is something Wall stood for. He has also reinstated PST exemptions for agriculture, life and health insurance premiums.
While Moe and Horgan are seen as Canada’s most popular premiers, Ontario’s Kathleen Wynne is the least popular with an approval rating of just 19 percent.
