The Transportation Safety Board is providing an update on that plane crash in northern Saskatchewan that took the life of one person last year.
On December 12, a Westwind Aviation plane crashed just after take-off at Fond-du-Lac.

The board says the plane had not been de-iced prior to takeoff and that while there was equipment available to de-ice the plane, it was not used.
There were 22 passengers and three crew members on board when the plane went down.
