Brighton, Ontario native Brandon Scott recently dropped by 620 CKRM to talk about his latest single “Noise.” Scott comes from a musical family starting with his Grandparents who were part of theatre productions. Later, his uncles would go on to perform all over Canada and the US. Their love of music and performing soon crept into Brandon’s DNA and is now following in their footsteps.
His first single as a solo artist, Noise, was released just a few weeks ago and it has managed to gain some attention thanks to it’s positive messaging.
“It’s all about not giving up on your dreams. If you want something in life just go for it, don’t sit back and let life pass you by. You got to stand up, make yourself heard, and just go for it. That’s what the meaning of that song is,” explained Scott. “It was so perfect for the launch of my solo career to have this be my debut single.”
