Preston’s Road Race, a 5K fun, run or walk will be held Saturday, May 31st at 9 a.m. at Wascana Place. You can pre-register at Track and Trail at 4403 Albert St until Thursday, May 29th. Race kits can be picked up at Track and Trail Thursday, May 29th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. on race day. You can also register at these times. Preston’s Road Race is in memory of Preston Meyer who lost his battle with cancer at age 10 on May 28th, 2004. The family has continued with the race, raising money for other families struck by cancer.
