Access Communications Pumpkin Patrol back for 23rd Halloween

Many kids will be on the streets Thursday night looking for Halloween candy, and as they go in search of it, Access Communications will be trying to make sure that adventure is a smooth one.

For the 23rd year, Access is sending out its Pumpkin Patrol in the 12 communities it serves.

Access spokesperson Tracey Mucha said if kids need help, look for an Access vehicle with a flashing orange light.

“If they need help of course don’t run out into the street, just wave us down or approach our vehicles and be sure to approach the vehicles with the orange sign and flashing lights that will be cruising the streets,” said Mucha.

Those inside the vehicles will have a direct link to local enforcement should the need be there to make a call.
