The new airline NewLeaf is temporarily postponing ticket sales pending a Canadian Transportation review of licensing regulations.
Regina International Airport says its looking forward to the issue being resolved and commencing service at the airport in the new future.
The company says it will be refunding all credit card transactions for flights already booked.
NewLeaf says it plans to resume taking reservations in the spring.
The CTA is reviewing whether indirect air service providers, or those who do not operate any aircraft but market and sell air services to the public, should be required to hold agency licences.
