It was interesting today to read an article about how if your dehydrated you feel more pain. Makes sense. Not drinking enough water leads to all sorts of problems and the ability to experience more pain isn’t shocking. I know thats a problem fore many. We’re supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day and many aren’t able to do that. So that’s a good reason alone to drink water because you can. Personally I don’t drink enough water. I freely admit to that. I do have a little trick that helps me. I just get a really big glass and suck down two of those since the big glass works out to like 3 smaller glasses. Add in what I drink while I’m out and I’m covered. This isn’t the greatest logic but it works for me.
