Mounties are asking the public to be on lookout for an inmate who escaped while working with a crew at Saskatchewan park.
Warman RCMP say Jeffrey Adam Dyck, who is 30, was part of a nine-person work crew assigned to work detail at Pike Lake Provincial Park on Tuesday.
Police say employees with Saskatoon Corrections told police that Dyck escaped custody in a stolen vehicle.
Dyck is described as Caucasian male, six feet tall, 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair and a medium build.
He was last seen wearing an orange high visibility suit and may be in a 2000 blue Chevy 1500 regular cab truck with Saskatchewan licence 825 BNG.
Mounties say if people see Dyck, they should not approach him and call police.
