The city of Regina is getting ready for an early spring after the winter that really never happened.
City crews have been busy taking advantage of the warmer than usual weather to work on potholes and clearing catch basins.
Norman Kyle is the city of Regina’s director of transportation.
He says the warm weather has also meant a significant savings when it comes to snow removal.
While we could still see some significant spring snow or rain, Kyle says that spring thaw and runoff won’t accumulate to much this season.
