10,000 helping hands are at the ready for this year’s provincial election.
Elections Saskatchewan Chief Electoral Officer Michael Boda believes it should go off without a hitch.
This year officials will have to deal 3 new ridings that were added to the Legislature.
Boda says preparation for this election began three years ago and typically takes about the full term of a government to prepare for.
He adds it is part of tradition to start that early and they have one shot to get everything right.
Boda says everyone will receive a voter’s card in the mail notifying you about where and when to vote.
