It has been an end to the winter some parts of Saskatchewan likely won’t forget.
Environment Canada issued several snowfall warnings in the province – mostly to the north and east of Regina.
However, the Queen City did not ecsape unscathed.
A couple of centimetres came down overnight to greet motorists for what’s expected to be a slippery start to the work day.
Highway Hotline says there are still several routes in Saskatchewan which will have snow-covered, icy sections and all government ministries are urging motorists to drive according to the conditions.
