The Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association says they still have more questions than answers on how doctor assisted dying would take place in Saskatchewan.
Federal legislation outlining the regulations will be revealed in the coming months.
But Executive Director of the Registered Nurses Association Caroline Hoffman says there needs to be discussion between provincial groups.
A patient can currently access doctor assisted dying, but would need to receive approval by the provincial courts first.
Hoffman says the Supreme Court of Canada needs to address if doctor assisted dying will have any impact on RNs and practitioners.
