CAA Saskatchewan is getting a lot of votes for its 2016 “Worst Roads Campaign”.
The leader after nearly 1500 votes is Highway 51 near Kerrobert with Highway 376 at Maymont and Highway 320 at Strasbourg coming in second and third.
This week’s focus of the CAA Worst Roads campaign is on potholes.
CAA National conducted a recent survey revealing Canadians say they pay $1.4 billion per year on their vehicles as a result of pothole damage.
In Saskatchewan, the figure is $68 million per year.
Last year, this campaign was very popular, but officials with CAA believe 2016 will exceed their expectations.
The campaign started April 8th and will end April 29.
Saskatchewan’s worst road will be revealed in early May.
