What had thought to have been a murder-suicide in the town of Canora this month is now not the case.
RCMP says the deaths of a 51 year old woman and 58 year old man in a home last week are being considered as “non-suspicious” and “non-criminal”
The news comes after autopsies on the two were performed last Friday in Saskatoon.
The bodies of the couple, who were known to one another, were found after an individual performed a welfare check on them after they had not been seen for a period of time.
When the bodies were discovered, RCMP had said they were not seeking any suspects and there was no risk to public safety.
