Saskatchewan residents and organizations can now provide feedback to the government’s plan to reduce the number of regional health authorities in the province.
A three-person advisory panel appointed earlier this month to review the current system is now accepting online written submissions from all interested individuals and groups.
The panel will also look at services that could be delivered more efficiently, examine health authority board governance, and identify ways to enhance measurement of health system performance.
The submission form can be accessed at www.saskatchewan.ca.
Submission deadline is Sept. 26.
Panel member Dr. Dennis Kendel says the panel wants to support a robust and open dialogue throughout the process.
