Darian Durant says he is OK and there should be no worries about his health as the team enters its 2nd and final bye week.
In a video post to his website, the veteran quarterback says he’s not suffering ill-effects from a possible concussion Saturday night toward the end of the game.
Durant was at his best on Saturday throwing for over 300 yards while running for one touchdown and throwing for another in the team’s last-play win over the Ti-Cats before leaving with a concussion.
Durant says it was his best game since the 2013 Grey Cup win.
The Riders will try to make it three straight wins October 7 in Ottawa.
