Bail has been granted to a Regina man charged with a variety of offences including impaired driving causing death.
28 year old Brendan Sugar was taken into custody after a collission early on the morning of October 8 where a truck slammed into a vehicle waiting at a red light at Albert Street and 25th Avenue.
That crash claimed the life of Adrienne Daigneault.
Sugar was released after bail of 1000 dollars was posted. There are also strict conditions attached to that bail including keeping a curfew, staying away from bars and liquor stores and to provide a breath sample up to four times per month when requested.
He will be back in court November 3
