It was a time of remembering as hundreds gathered at the Brandt Centre Thursday to celebrate the life of the late Terry Hincks.
Hincks, a long-time Regina city councillor, award-winning real estate agent and local sports coach, lost his fight against cancer last Friday.
At the memorial service, friends and family spoke of his love for life and the greater good — one they say changed many peoples’ lives, especially those in North Central.
They told stories of his outspokeness and passion for making Regina a better place through coaching youth — not only in sports — but in life.
Hincks died at the age of 64.
