There was some excitement at Canadian Western Agribition Tuesday morning.
A spooked bull calf escaped his handler at Evraz Place and ran west down Dewdney avenue at about 8 a.m.
Agribition CEO Chris Lane says the bull calf was re-captured near the RCMP museum about half an hour after escaping.
He says police were called and helped monitor the animal to maintain public safety.
He says the bull calf was kept in sight during his run for freedom.
