With Grey Cup Sunday upon us, Regina police are reminding those who may be celebrating with a few wobbly pops to plan a safe ride home.
Kim Schmidt with the Regina Police Service said there are many ways to get home safely if you’ve been drinking alcohol.
“Get a designated driver, call a cab, call a designated driving service,” listed Schmidt.
She also reminded the public that refusing to take a breath test is the same as being charged with impaired driving.
Schmidt said if you see a driver that you suspect is impaired, pull over and call 911.
