The bad news? Temperatures in Saskatchewan will continue to hover around the minus-22C mark into next week.
The good news is the sun will be out for most of those days – which will make that windchill near minus-39C possibly feel a bit more tolerable.
Environment Canada says most of the province is firmly under the grasp of a cold snap, and the low pressure system over Saskatchewan is not going to move out for the time-being.
Look for night-time lows of minus-27C, or colder – without the windchill factored in.
