Regina’s Cornwall Centre is undergoing some significant changes which will bring new retailers to the city in the near future.
Construction is underway on a large renovation in the Havik building near the mall’s east entrance .
Once completed in 2018 three new to market retailers will take up the once vacant spots and have abut 22-thousand square feet of space.
Two on the second level and one on the main floor.
Doug Kozak. general manager of Cornwall Centre says construction, although noticeable, will not affect shoppers.
Kozak is leaving it up to the new tenants to announce who they are, however one of the new retailers is reported to be H&M.
The two second floor stores will open in April, with the entire project having a finish date set for early 2018.
