A longtime staple on the Saskatchewan Roughriders offensive line is calling it a career.
Riders Offensive Guard Chris Best announced his retirement from the CFL on Thursday at Mosaic Stadium in Regina.
Best (33), a Calgary native spent ten seasons in the CFL, all with the Roughriders.
He played in 114 career regular season games, seven playoff games and three Grey Cup games winning in 2007 and 2013.
Best was also named the Riders’ Most Outstanding Lineman in 2011.
