Despite a provincial budget with many tough decisions leading to pay cuts and job losses, Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall continues to lead the country in popularity.
The province announced many of the cuts as part of their plan to return to a balanced budget in three years time.
Wall received a 52 per-cent approval rating, seven points higher than the next premier.
Manitoba Premier Brain Pallister was second at 45 per-cent.
Wall has remained at the top of the list since the start of 2011.
