The network of Canadian Automobile Association Clubs in Canada — which includes CAA Saskatchewan — got a big shot in the arm last week after a consumer survey found CAA to be one of the most-trusted brands in the country.
The survey, conducted by the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, found CAA to be the second most-trusted brand in the country — out of 294 companies.
Christine Niemczuk, the director of communications for CAA Saskatchewan, said it’s a great testament to CAA Clubs and their members.
“This is telling us that we are serving our members well,” said Niemczuk. “We thank our members for being a part of the CAA family — without our members we wouldn’t exist.”
CAA beat out global brands like Apple and IKEA.
The overall most trusted brand was Canadian outdoor recreation retailer Mountain Equipment Co-op.
