Officials are calling this week’s Canada Farm Progress show a success.
Manager Shirley Janeczko says attendance was on par for the opening day compared to last year, and down slightly Thursday due to wind and rain.
But she says the show has been fantastic with exhibitors extremely pleased with the results.
She says a lot of business has been done this week at the show.
Last year, the show generated about 500 million dollars in sales.
Visitors have come from over 60 countries with total attendance expected to reach about 40 thousand.
The Canada Farm Progress show ends Friday at Evraz Place.
