The Regina Red Sox did not disappoint the 907 fans at Currie Field as they pounded out 32 hits on their way to a 26-7 win over the Fort McMurray Giants.

Red Sox starter Jake Waters earned his sixth win in eight starts. Waters pitched a solid seven innings giving up one run on two hits and three walks. He also struck out four.
Samuel Hersh lasted one inning for the Giants giving up 12 runs on 11 hits.
Broderick Rodocker hit his team best ninth homer while Justin Erlandson helped out with a pair of doubles and his fifth triple of the season in the rout.
All 10 Red Sox batters registered at least one hit in the game.
Corey Coklin was one of seven Giant hitters to get a hit in the game. He also had two RBI.
With the victory, Regina remains tied for first place in the Eastern Division with Swift Current.
Both teams have a 25-12 record.
