While a much awaited holiday is just around the corner, suddenly I feel that I may not have a moment to relax!
Ever set yourself up like this!
Tomorrow night, A Magical Night. It is the second full day of ReginaCadabra at the Ramada Hotel, downtown Regina.
Events are quickly selling out, which for year one is fantastic. The venues are limited seating. It is the hope of the committee and organizer that within 3 to 5 years the city is hosting a Magic Convention.
The Roughriders are back in action which means that we continue to pass out cash with the Lucky Section Number – listen Monday at 7:10 to win. The Western Pizza V.I.Pizza winners will enjoy their time in air conditioned Studio 620 experience. It will be magical if the Riders pull off a win!
Next week the Queen City Ex Parade. For the second year, I have been asked to be apart of the Access 7 broadcast crew. Looking forward to a very warm, bright and cheery summer parade.
The following night join the fans of Englebert Humperdinck at Casino Regina and earlier in the day maybe some driving range action with friends.
The days will fly. With plans to go a bit further a field, choices include Montana, North Dakota, Northern Saskatchewan, Southeast Saskatchewan but where will the road take me.
It appears that staying home and doing a major purge might take total control of my days off.
Then there’s sleeping! Time to catch up, as soon as that 4 am alarm goes, its back in the groove with the Charity Championship at Casino Regina, Findlater Ranch Rodeo.
Too much for just nine days! I will carve out time to enjoy family moments. It is the harsh reality of the job, family easily takes second place. That’s not a good place to be!
