A professor at the University of Regina is looking at how the weather affects your daily health and exercise routine.
Katya Herman in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies is looking at how the seasons affect your physical activity and is looking for people between the ages of 20-65 to take part in the study.
While Herman has had many take part already, she says she is in need of more.
“We’re looking for about 50 more participants between this season now, July August, and then we’ll be recruiting again kind of staring the end of September into the beginning of November, that will be our fall season,” Herman said.
Herman says she wants to find out how much of a factor the weather is with people and their exercise habits as some don’t want to work out in the summer because of the heat, while others would rather do that than do it in winter.
Those interested can call her at the University at 337-3140.
