Scott Moe has announced his candidacy for the leadership of the Saskatchewan Party.
At a news conference in Saskatoon’s Corman Park, Moe told supporters he intends to stand with Saskatchewan and ensure the foundation that Premier Wall built remains strong.
Jim Reiter, Minister of Health and MLA for Rosetown-Elrose introduced Scott at his launch at Q-Line Trucking in Saskatoon.
Moe was born and raised on a grain farm between Shellbrook and Parkside and was educated at the University of Saskatchewan where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
He has served as the Minister of Advanced Education, Minister of Environment, the Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Water Corporation and Saskatchewan Water Security Agency and a member of Treasury Board.
