A 14-year-old boy is facing charges after Regina Police Service were called to a business on the 6200 block of Rochdale Boulevard.
At approximately 11:15 Saturday morning, bear spray was released in the washroom of the business, causing at least 30 people to gasp for air.
After investigation, three youths were known to be involved, with a 14 year-old boy arrested and charged.
The boy, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is facing three charges; young person carrying a concealed weapon, young person committing mischief under $5000, and young person administering noxious thing.
He was released and will appear in court October 30th.
