Regina Police say a 25 year-old man is facing charges of possession of stolen property and weapons related offences after an investigation and arrest stemming from a stolen tuck.
Police say during the overnight hours of September 15, a Ford F250 was stolen from a compound on the 3300 block of Pasqua Street.
Officers located the vehicle on Tuesday and followed it outside of the city where they were able to arrest the driver for possession of stolen property.
Further investigation revealed the man was wanted for numerous drugs and weapons offences.
Inside the truck police also found two long-barreled firearms, three zip guns, ammunition, marijuana, knives and more stolen property.
The man is facing a total of 11 charges and made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
In an unrelated incident Regina Police also arrested a 30-year-old man and 27 year-old woman after they attempted to evade officers in a truck on Tuesday afternoon.
The vehicle was spotted running thru red-lights before being abandoned by the suspects a short while later on the 1000 block of Aberdeen Street.
The two suspects were apprehended nearby and taken into custody.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed knives, a machete and methamphetamine.
The two also appeared in court on Tuesday.
