Regina police officers were called to a residence in Regina’s north-west end and later got involved in a standoff.
Police were called to the 300 block of Forget street where two female victims were reportedly given death threats by the suspect.
After forming a perimeter around the property, police began to negotiate with the male suspect, who was believed to had guns with him at the residence.
Police negotiated for five hours before the suspect walked out of the house.
Michael Wilkinson has been charges with two counts of uttering threats.
There is no word on when he will appear in court.
