The call has been made for volunteers for the Tim Hortons Brier.
Event Chair, Bernadette McIntyre said around 600 volunteers are needed for the eight day event with around 300 having signed up so far.
McIntyre said there are some areas where people are needed more than others.
“Some areas are full, others we need a few bar tenders for the famous Brier Patch, which is lots of fun to work in. We also need a few people helping with accreditation, but it’s lots of fun we can fit pretty much any schedule in whether you are working or not working,” McIntyre said.
Volunteers will receive a golf shirt and jacket as well as an official volunteers pin.
Those wanting to donate some time can go to curling.ca.
The 2018 Tim Hortons Brier runs March 3 to 11 in Regina.
